Author Guidelines

To ensure your manuscript meets KWMIJ's standards, please adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Manuscript Structure:
    • Title Page (including author details and affiliations)
    • Abstract (250 words maximum)
    • Keywords (5–7 keywords)
    • Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion
    • References (formatted according to APA or IEEE style, depending on the journal)
    • Appendices (if applicable)

 Formatting Requirements:

    • Use a standard font (e.g., Times New Roman, 12-point size).
    • Double-spaced text with 1-inch margins.
    • Include page numbers and line numbers for easy reference during peer review.

 Figures and Tables:

    • High-resolution images (minimum 300 DPI).
    • All figures and tables must be cited in the text and accompanied by descriptive captions.

Submitting your manuscript to KWMIJ is a straightforward process. Follow these steps:

Peer Review Process

A: Typically, the process takes 4–8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the manuscript and reviewer availability.

A: You may revise your manuscript based on feedback and resubmit to the same journal or consider submitting to another KWMIJ journal if it fits their scope.

Q5: Are there publication fees?
A: KWMIJ operates on an open-access model. A nominal Article Processing Charge (APC) applies upon acceptance to cover publication costs. Waivers are available for authors from low-income countries.
